Accessing Your Reporting Monthly Absence Timesheets for Exempt Staff Only

  1. This site is for the sole use for exempt staff to submit their monthly absence timesheets on both the Florham and Metropolitan campuses. This site has replaced our prior process for exempt staff absence timesheet submission.
  2. First ensure your laptop or desktop is connected to the “FDU-Secure” Wireless Network or your desktop or laptop is using an ethernet internet connection, note, this will only be possible if you are physically located on an FDU campus. You will not be able to access your absence report using “FDU-Wireless” wireless network or from any student dorm location on campus. If you are off campus you must use and ensure connection to the FDU VPN Client, known as the “Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client.” You may download the software from https://vpn.fdu.edu. Ensure VPN connection before continuing.
  • Use any web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer) to navigate to https://hris.fdu.edu/timeoff/login, enter your full NetID (staff@fdu.edu) and NetID password into the corresponding text boxes and click “Sign in” when finished.
