SAMI Support Portal Training Dates for Faculty and Staff

OIRT is pleased to announce a pair of valuable training opportunities in advance of the March 13th launch of our SAMI Support technology support portal.
For the first look at our sleek new portal, please join one of our live Zoom training sessions. These OIRT-led training sessions will leave you with an understanding of how to navigate the entire support request process. Since SAMI Support is simple and intuitive, we estimate that these sessions should only last approximately one hour.

If you prefer to learn on your own schedule, we will have plenty of additional instruction available. Once SAMI Support launches on March 13th, simply log into SAMI Support via samisupport.fdu.edu with your FDU NetID and password. From there, select “How to use SAMI Support” to view written tutorials and pre-recorded video training.
