Unified Communication Maintenance

On Saturday 7/25/20, our Unified Communications vendor will be updating FDU’s UC licensing. As a result, the Unified Communications system will experience short intermittent outages of emergency responder services and voicemail between 7AM and 9AM Eastern. Out of an abundance of caution, be prepared to use a cell phone if you need to call emergency services during this window. Additionally, off-campus users may experience a 10 minute outage of their Jabber client as the UC system reboots.
