Adobe Flash is not supported on the FDU Network

At the end of 2020, Adobe ended support for their Adobe Flash Player. As a result, Flash has been disabled by default by all major web browsers such as Chrome and Safari. To ensure the security of our network, FDU has also taken steps to block Flash from our network. When using Cisco Duo multi-factor authentication to connect to an FDU resource, Duo confirms that several out-of-date or potentially dangerous software applications, including Adobe Flash, are not installed. If an out-of-date software application is found on your computer, Cisco Duo will return a message similar to the one shown below.

If you receive this message, please ensure that your computer does not have Adobe Flash installed and that all other applications are up to date. If the error message persists, please visit SAMI Support to open a support request. While SAMI Support provides the quickest and easiest access to IT support, you can always contact UTAC by phone at (973)-443-8822 or email at fdutac@fdu.edu.
