Thank you to the faculty and staff members that have been able to attend our Lunch and Learn group training sessions! Each Lunch and Learn spotlights one of the IT tools provided to our faculty and staff and provides a personalized and interactive group training. If you missed any of our previous sessions, or wish to revisit any of the covered topics, recordings of the events are available at:

We are excited to announce thar our August session will cover Microsoft Bookings, an application that offers a simpler way to organize schedules and manage appointments. Microsoft Bookings includes a web-based booking calendar and integrates with Outlook to optimize your calendar and give your contacts the flexibility to book a time that works best for everyone involved.

Our Microsoft Bookings training will occur on Thursday, August 5th at 1PM ET and will help you to:

  • Understand how Bookings integrates with the user’s Microsoft 365 digital identity
  • Learn how to access and navigate Bookings via the web browser and Microsoft Teams
  • Learn how to create and customize services in a Bookings calendar
  • Understand Staff Types, how to add, search, and manage Staff
  • Understand how to add and edit booking information

While these training sessions are open to all FDU faculty and staff, advance registration is required. We invite you to register below

If you watched or attended any of our previous sessions, your feedback can help us to shape and develop the Lunch and Learn series. It will only take a couple minutes of your time and your opinions would be invaluable to us.

If you have any questions regarding the series or if you would like to suggest a topic for a future training session, please contact the Lunch & Learn team at fdulearning@fdu.edu.
