Network Maintenance

On the evenings of July 20^th, 21^st, and 22^nd, USAN will be performing an upgrade of our network authentication hardware. On each night, the work will begin at 5:30PM Eastern and continue until approximately midnight Eastern. 

Our expectation is that this maintenance will not be user impacting. However, during these maintenance windows, there is a possibility that on-campus users may experience intermittent outage of the wireless network. Additionally, off campus users may experience intermittent outages of the VPN. 

We understand the inconvenience that network downtime can cause for our community. As always, we attempt to schedule this work at times that will be minimally intrusive for the majority of our users.  Thank you for your understanding and please reach out to our Technical Assistance Center at (973)-443-8822 if you have any questions.
