Phishing Attempt

Earlier today, many faculty and staff members received an email from the scam email address smallgillianm@gmail.com with a subject line of “[External]Send me your available cell number”. That email has now been purged from our system. Additionally, some members of our community have informed us that they have received text messages claiming to be from Gillian Small.

If you receive messages of this nature, please do not respond, as the scammer will invariably attempt to extract something of value, such as account passwords or gift cards. If you have already replied, please contact our University Technical Assistance Center at (973)-443-8822.
