SAMI Support Feedback

FDU OIRT is deeply committed to providing a high level of service to our community and constantly seeks ways to improve. In pursuit of this goal, we are introducing a new feedback system within SAMI Support. Soon, community members will be able to rate their SAMI Support interactions on a scale of one to five stars. We aim to utilize this rating system to continually assess and refine our processes.

Submitting feedback is straightforward. When a ticket is closed, users receive an auto-generated email from no-reply@fdu.edu with “Closed Successfully” in the subject line. With the new feedback system, these emails will contain an additional field, as shown below.

To rate your experience, select the star rating that corresponds with your level of satisfaction. One star indicates an interaction needing improvement, while five stars signify an interaction that exceeded your expectations.

If you wish to elaborate, we also welcome written feedback! Simply view the completed support ticket within SAMISupport.fdu.edu and click on the “Give Feedback” option at the bottom left of the screen. Here, you can select your star rating, provide detailed feedback in the text box, and then submit your thoughts.
