UTAC Ticketing System Outage

The University Technical Assistance Center’s ticketing system is currently experiencing an outage. The UTAC is still able to accept calls and document support tickets from the community. They are also able to receive requests via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, routing support tickets to departments within FDU IT is currently being done manually.
As a result, please expect a delay in the amount of time that it takes for FDU IT to return a call upon placing a request with UTAC. Please be patient and we will resolve all ticket as quickly as possible.
UTAC believes the problem will be resolved within the next few hours.
