As the name implies, a departmental shared folder is a folder which is made available to multiple users. A shared folder can benefit FDU staff and faculty members within a department by providing a collaborative space for multiple parties to view and edit files.

An FDU employee that is willing to accept the responsibility of shared ownership should complete and submit the form below. As the shared owner, you will be responsible for administrative actions such as adding and removing members of the share.
