Global Telephone Service Provider Issue

The University has been made aware of an ongoing issue outside of our control impacting many global telephone service providers including ours. This issue may cause difficulties for callers trying to reach the University, in particular the offices of Public Safety and Facilities.  

Until this problem is resolved, if you have an on-campus emergency and have trouble contacting Public Safety, please call 973-309-2931 (Florham Campus) or 201-638-3116 (Metropolitan Campus) or 911. Please note that 911 may also be affected by this global problem so you might need to attempt your call again if your call doesn’t connect. The University community’s safety is our main concern, and we will keep you updated until this issue is resolved.
