New Event Equipment Request Form

OIRT launched the SAMI Support Portal on March 13, 2023, migrating all Staff and Faculty forms to samisupport.fdu.edu. During this process, several forms were renamed, updated, and/or retired from the list of request forms used by OIRT.
We continue to enhance Sami Support with new and modified forms, making service requests more efficient for our users. We’re informing the community about a new form created to capture requests for event equipment and IT related support. The Academic Technology Equipment (Event) Request form has been replaced with the Event – Computing Services Equipment Request form. The new form can be located by visiting samisupport.fdu.edu and going to the “Forms – Staff & Faculty” tile, and clicking on EVENT – COMPUTING SERVICES EQUIPMENT REQUEST – (FACULTY & STAFF NJ ONLY).
This form provides additional reference information by location, helping requestors select the best event space to ensure proper support by Computing Services. For university events requiring equipment or technical assistance, please submit your request via samisupport.fdu.edu as outlined above.
