Unified Communications Deployment Update: Temporary Freeze

As mentioned in our Tech Alert sent on February 20, the migration of our Unified Communications backend platform will require a change freeze for all phones on our system. This freeze will take effect on Friday, 5/2, and will remain in place through Thursday, 5/29. During this period, no changes can be made to the phone system, including setting up phones for new hires, moving existing phones, or resetting passwords for Jabber/Webex Calling.
