Unified Communications Issue (Update)

We’d like to provide a quick update to the phone issues that began yesterday.
Issues with NWN’s vendor unfortunately continue. NWN and FDU rerouted all outbound calls yesterday, and this significantly improved our ability to call outside of our community.
Intermittent issues with inbound calls persist and NWN is closely monitoring the situation. As soon as an update is available, we will alert the community.
