Unified Communications Issue (Update)

Although issues with NWN’s vendor are ongoing, NWN and FDU have successfully rerouted all outbound calls. Since this change occurred at approximately 1:30PM Eastern this afternoon, outbound service has significantly improved.
Intermittent issues with inbound calls persist and NWN is closely monitoring the situation. As soon as an update is available, we will alert the community.
