NetID Password Change Required on October 19th, 2021

When the University went virtual last March, we decided to suspend the requirement to reset NetID account passwords every 90 days. This change was made to avoid password syncing issues that can occur when passwords are reset from FDU issued laptops and desktops while off-campus. Now that we are all back on campus, this important security policy is gradually being phased back in. Most of our staff and full-time faculty have already been rolled back into the process. The NetID password change policy is now being enforced on your account, and unless your password is changed prior, it will expire on October 19th, 2021.

Once the password has expired, you will be unable to access any FDU resources using your NetID until the password has been reset. To avoid a disruption in your workflow, we recommend resetting your password in advance of the expiration date.
