New Lab Reservation & Lab Software Request Form

Upon launching the SAMI Support Portal on March 13, 2023, OIRT migrated all Staff and Faculty forms to, during which several forms were renamed, updated, and/or retired. We continue to enhance Sami Support with new and modified forms to streamline service requests.

We have created a new form to manage both Computing Services lab reservations and software installation requests. You can find this form by visiting, selecting the “Forms – Staff & Faculty” tile, and clicking on “Computing Services – Lab Reservation & Lab Software Request (Faculty & Staff NJ only)”.

This new form offers additional reference information such as student capacity and available technology for various Computing Services lab locations, assisting requestors in choosing the most suitable location and ensuring proper course scheduling by the Computing Services Lab and Operations manager.

To reserve a lab location, please submit your request via as outlined above.
