Unified Communications Issue

NWN has identified an issue with their vendor which is impacting inbound/outbound calling intermittently.

Incoming callers may receive a message stating, “Your calls cannot be completed as dialed”. Outbound calls go to dead air.

We are monitoring this issue closely and we will notify the community once NWN has informed us that the issue is resolved. Tools such as Microsoft Teams remain available for internal collaboration.
