UTAC Phone Support Downtime

The FDU Technical Assistance Center (UTAC) is currently unable to receive phone support requests via their (973)-443-8822 number. As soon as we receive word that the issue is resolved or receive additional information regarding the timeframe for resolution, we will inform the community.

In the meantime, the UTAC can still be reached by email at FDUTAC@fdu.edu or by creating a support ticket by clicking the “Support” button in the top bar on desktop and in the tabbed menu on mobile.
