Xmedius Efax Downtime

On August 7th, between 8PM and 11PM Eastern, USAN will be performing an upgrade of our Xmedius Efax service. As a result, Efax services will be unavailable for the duration of the upgrade. This includes access to the efax.fdu.edu web portal as well as the ability to send and receive electronic faxes.

If you have any questions or concerns, please visit SAMI Support, where you can request additional information from UTAC or search our extensive IT knowledge base.
