File Share Issue Resolved

Earlier today, we alerted the community to an issue with accessing file shares such as departmental shares (H: Drive) and home shares (L: Drive). At this time, all shares are fully accessible and our expectation is that there will be no further outages going forward. If you created a UTAC ticket for this issue, it will now be closed.
As this is a universal issue, there is no need to report it to UTAC. If you are experiencing any other technology issues, please submit a UTAC support ticket via SAMI Support as usual.
