Microsoft Edge

Microsoft Edge is a cross-platform Chromium-based web browser developed by Microsoft. Microsoft Edge is the replacement web browser for Microsoft’s Internet Explorer web browser, now obsolete. Edge includes integration with Cortana and has extensions hosted on the Microsoft Store.

Microsoft Edge Chromium is included in all WIndows 11 and Windows 10 Devices. You can update to the most currnet version by clicking the download button to the right.

Visual Studio Community

Microsoft Visual Studio is an integrated development environment (IDE) from Microsoft. It is used to develop computer programs, websites, web apps, web services, and mobile apps. Visual Studio uses Microsoft software development platforms such as Windows API, Windows Forms, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Store, and Microsoft Silverlight. It can produce both native code and managed code.

For Individuals

Any developer can use Visual Studio Community to create free or paid apps.

For Organizations

An unlimited number of users within an organization can use Visual Studio Community for the following scenarios: in a classroom learning environment, for academic research, or for contributing to open-source projects.

For All Other Usage Scenarios

In non-enterprise organizations, up to five users can use Visual Studio Community. In enterprise organizations (meaning those with >250 PCs or >$1 Million US Dollars in annual revenue), no use is permitted beyond the open-source, academic research, and classroom learning environment scenarios described above.
